Each personalized programme has a holistic approach and is specifically designed and Balanced to fit around your lifestyle. Consisting of a personal exercise plan and general nutritional advice, your body will get tackled from all angles. Regular updates and tweaks make sure every session stays exciting, challenging and rewarding.

The aim is not only to achieve your goal, but to enjoy the whole experience and continue with a healthy balanced lifestyle. As your personal trainer, Ken will be there for you each step of the way to help, guide and help you stay on the right track.

When, Where and How

Each Personal Training programme is scheduled around your needs and lifestyle. We usually meet at the BeMoreActive studio in Huldenberg or on a running track (for the running sessions). There’s also a possibility for online training.

Available in one-on-one sessions or in a small group.  Start a coaching trajectory. (note that Personal Training at a different location may involve a travel supplement)

Outside of ‘teaching time’, our studio and fully equipped garden can be used for ‘open-gym’ sessions. Contact us for more info.

Finding this studio made me so happy! The people here are always cheerful, very professional, and everything is really well-organized. I enjoy many of the classes, especially yoga and women’s boxing.
