Moon Run
Have you noticed how the moon can sometimes affect your sleep? Especially during a full moon, some of us find it harder to fall asleep or sleep less deeply.
Because more exercise can contribute to a good night’s sleep, because we like to go on adventures and because it is about time that Huldenberg had its own “Run Crew”, I would like to meet up with you all at full moon to go for a run.
We will meet in Huldenberg, in a relaxed atmosphere, and we will run at the pace of the slowest participant.
To stay informed about the exact location, departure time and distance we will cover, you can join our WhatsApp group. With each waxing moon, or a week before the full moon, we will communicate where, what and how.
All creatures are welcome, not just for werewolves.
