How you start your day has a huge impact on how the rest of it goes. Yet, most of us don’t take the time to pause, move calmly, and prepare our bodies for the day ahead.

In this short video, I focus on essential movements that release tension in your body, create a calmer mind, and sharpen your focus.

I deliberately kept this video short and sweet—less than 10 minutes—and you don’t need any special equipment or clothing. This makes it incredibly easy to incorporate this into your morning routine.
